Irma Yacht Damage: Schedule (BVI)?

We (in BVI) have gone through the hurricane preparation phase and the hurricane Impact phase.

Obviously the ongoing humanitarian efforts are priority one at this time:
Initially, assuring people are not trapped and immediate needs(food , water, medical, shelter) addressed.
This followed by stabilization of temporary shelter.
Continuing humanitarian needs at this point
This will be ongoing and returning to a "new normal". Obviously full recovery will take years.
There has been some assessment of yacht(and island structures) damages based on social media and flyover photos/videos.

Looking for veteran input on expectations from this point:
Next steps for yacht inspection/stabalization/repairs.
Some yachts are obviously totalled(in pieces), some partially submerged, some stacked on others etc. Some with no visible damages from air and still moored as before storm, some moored but loss of mast.

Obviously some will take more time than others.

Looking for estimates of times given the Irma situation.

Re: Irma Yacht Damage: Schedule (BVI)?

This would be a very helpful thread for those with damaged boats in the BVI. Not sure there are any "veterans" of such a disaster. Our L450 is in the pile up of boats at Nanny Cay. With the total devastation of infrastructure I don't know how/when clean up and repairs could even begin.
