Jabsco ER Blower Motor

I have a Jabsco CONTINUOUS DUTY 250 CFM BLOWER in my engine room. It is a 24V unit model number 35770-0094. It is promoted to have a 10,000 hour motor. It normally runs at 150F but on our last passage I saw the temp get up to 190F. I have 1500 hours on the boat engine and probably 1,700 on the blower.
Today I took it apart and the brushes are nearly used up. I cannot find brushes or even a replacement motor for this blower online. Has anyone had any experience having them repaired. I'm in Malaysia near Singapore.
