Jefa Steering Flat Sheath Failure

Hi All,
I have a Jefa steering system on my Salona 44 and the steering failed on the weekend due to a collapsed Delrin pulley in the 140mm flat sheath. Sheath part number SH-F140D. My local Jefa dealer cannot supply a spare as none in stock quoting a 2-3 week wait. Has anyone experienced this failure? Does anyone know where to get a replacement pulley + bearing? Does anyone know the dimensions if I have to get a new pulley machined?

Any assistance and or advice appreciated.

I don't wish to be pedantic (or show my ignorance) but do you mean "in the 140mm flat sheave". If so would this be what you want?

Made of hardcoat-anodized, PTFE-impregnated 6061-T6 aluminum, sheaves feature TorlonŽ rollers to carry high radial loads and carbon-black DelrinŽ balls to ...

Re: Jefa Steering Flat Sheath Failure

Thank you all for the input. I have contacted Jefa in Denmark and they are very helpful. I have investigated getting replacements custom made but ordering direct is more timely and not that more expensive. The real issue is why the sheath collapsed. It seems that the ball bearing failed and are not really serviceable although I may be mistaken.

I thought Arnold's had been trading under administration since 2021?
