I should add to my post above, I'm not claiming the epoxy doesn't or can't adhesively bond to concrete. I was just trying to highlight one significant difference in application (between concrete and lead) that should be understood before thinking that a product intended for one will work well in the other.

The bonding strength between some of these epoxy products and lead may actually be tremendous, I don't know for sure one way or the other.
