Lewmar "old style" Portlight Seal supplier?

Looking for a supplier in the US for Lewmar "old style" portlight seals (pre-1998). I find them with google, but each vendor reports "Out of stock", including Catalina Direct and Defender. Need them for #2 and #0 types, or a roll that can be cut to length.

Just wondering if anyone has sourced these recently, or found an alternative gasket material?

Thx and Fair Winds..._/)...

Re: Lewmar "old style" Portlight Seal supplier?

Well, I got zero replies.

So, FYI, I found "old standard" Lewmar portlight seal material in the UK, an ebay seller called mainly-lewmar-spares. Ordered and shipped to the US. Cost: 15 BP/meter (.9 meter ~= 1 portlight). Shipping and tax is 46 BP. $250 for 12 meters.

Will report back if there are any issues.

Is it not possible to use butyl tape (is it between the frame and the cabin structure)

I did a google from Australia and got these links (incl. eBay)

Derfy is talking about the special tubular o-ring that fits between the moving glass and the frame. it has a "arrowhead" molded into it that locks it in the frame.

I received my order for this material from the ebay vendor in the UK, no problem. Took about three weeks. It looks good and looks like the right thing with the arrow-shaped cross-section. I will report on how the installation goes. It looks like it will take a while.

I did not find it from any US vendor, including those suggested in this thread.
