Looking for a boat construction space in Central Florida

I like the Wharram's, and wouldn't mind one myself. They are mostly inexpensive, simple, shoal draft, etc, etc and they have been around for a long time, so a proven design. Many Wharram chat rooms around if you want some first hand knowledge from Wharram owners.

They are in fact, in my opinion, the best B'ma cruising boat you can find as you can duck into most any place, even beach it if you wanted.
Most all are powered by outboards.
Several of them have done Atlantic crossings, should you so choose.

The smaller models are a little short on living space, but the larger one's, not so much.

Like I said, just google the name Wharram and it will lead you to various websites.

If you are handy with a few basic tools you can add any modification you want.

They are relatively easy to trailer as well, should you want to keep on at home.
