Looking for Cal 20 rudder

Any ideas on how to get a hold of a used Cal 20 rudder? I have sent posts/emails out to local fleets and I'm trying to get a hold of some run down Cal owners but it's proving harder than I anticipated. I don't want to buy new from Seals Spars because I'm in located in Vancouver Canada and the shipping and duties would hurt.

Make one yourself.... Made a dozen over the years. Easy.way is to stack plywood for the right thickness, cut to shape and grind it for fore and aft contour. Glass it and install pintals...
The other way is to use two part foam.. make a 2x4frame about 16 inches wide and 4feet tall.. lay the frame down on plastic sheet. Fill with two part foam.. after it sets , pull the frame and shape the foam with a grinder and sander.wrap it with fiberglass and paint..

I've posted on the Cal 20 forum and a couple others. Hopefully I get some bites.

I don't really want to make my own because I don't have the right tools or space to do the work. Plus I won't have the space to store the tools and supplies I'll need to buy to make it either.
