Lunaire Marine Pump Relay PRSD-2

Got the AC units relocated and all the wiring cleaned up. I don't currently have a pump (Previous owner issue!), it will be ordered this week.

I tested the pump Relay (Lunaire Marine Pump Relay PRSD-2), and it seemed to have power at the pump connections regardless if either of the AC inputs were powered. I can't find any info on Lunaire, but the board and box looks identical to several others I found on line.

Do this relays have a built in delay to run the pump for a bit after the AC kicks off and when initial powered?

I would suspect the relay box is bad, but seems odd that it would failed closed, as general relays fail open, and I would expect that the pump connections would never have power.

Once I get the pump I will be able to fully test the system and know for sure, but figured I would ask ahead of time, extra info is never a bad thing!
