Can anyone please tell me the construction of the front cross member on a Manta 42 mkiii

The Manta crossbeam is made of fiberglass.

i have seen two
boat 2003 and 2008. they both have rust staining on the underside of the been in the centre below the forestay fitting. I wondered if there was metal inside it that was corroding?

The rust is from the forestay attachment. When stainless steel is deprived of oxygen, it will corrode. Any pictures?
