Mast, keel & hull questions

Here's the top and bottom of the mast for a boat I am thinking of buying.

I see some corrosion on the rigging, what appears to be broken lighting, and severe (?) corrosion on the bottom of the mast. (what appears to be very deep pitting.) This was supposed to be mainly a freshwater boat. Is this mast still OK to use from what you can see here? Or is the pitting a cause for concern? Is it even pitting?

What about the keel? It looks like a drunk first year body shop apprentice was told to use bondo to "smooth things out a bit" and failed miserably.

Finally, whoever set the cradle pads should be shot as they are deforming the hull quite a bit. (a couple of inches inward?). Does anyone have any experience with this situation? Can I expect the hull to recover once removed from the cradle?
