FYI, here are the specs and one source for the three O-Rings and shaft keys for a Maxwell VWC 1500.
I successfully tested these O-rings and key stock on my VWC 1500.

Under the plastic cover that you remove to get to the brushes

Cut key stock to length for the three keys
P101615, Qty 2 @ 1.36" - 1.60" long (keyway allows this variability)
