Mid 90’s Bene Oceanis 440 issues?

Loaded question here, looking at several non chartered 90’s version OC440s for seasonal liveaboard and coastal east coast cruising(Maine to Bahamas). Are there any structural or system weaknesses we should be looking for? Seems it is hard to get much of a look at grid to hull bond anywhere, and will get survey done, but nothing like hearing from current/former owners or crew. Many thanks for any feedback!
