Nav Station Seat

I have a small round seat on a swing arm at the nav station. It's roughly 1 foot wide. It has no back.

I'd love to have a backrest, the seat gets uncomfortable after a short time. But all the boat seats I find are at least 17" wide and that is way to wide for my narrow nav station.

I'm looking for a seat with folding back that is no more than 14" wide.

How about a search of the motorcycle accessories to look for some of those seat backs used by the aft rider. Something might turn up! Take care and joy, Aythya crew

Or try a bar stool seat. Some of them are small and still quite comfortable.

If your seat is uncomfortable, I had its twin. We went to Ikea and bought a seat that is 15" wide with a back and I mounted the post from the old seat onto the new one and it worked like a charm. I did have to shim up the front of the seat tho to level it some. Much better than that old round butt and back killer.
