Nedd to Big Advise for long trip

I am preparing to sail from LA to Japan via Hawaii by myself in October this year.
I have 2006 Hunter 31'.
Please anyone know following question , or have experience before like me ,
or have experience to sailing to japan, then help me.
1)The setting of the route and 2) the need for a satellite phone, 3) How much water should be filled in the tank before the start? 4) How much do I need the capacity of a battery? 6) Whether it is better to have a battery or not to charge the battery during the course of 7) There is not much experience of a sailing voyage, so please advise. And I have a raymarine autopilot, but the forerunner of the ship says that sometimes the settings are cleared. What should I do in this situation? And what's the reason for the settings to go away?
