Need a new repairer in Victoria to replace my cats hulls,

Hi There,
Hopefully this is the right place to put this,

After having a repairer having a contract to repair my 34 foot Gemini Hulls,
for four years and not completing the work,
I have taken him to VCAT, which is a Govt Dept in Victoria Australia,

They have rescinded the contract and ordered him to repay my deposit in full and also to pay me for the Dry dock fees which were incurred by the repairer by not having my vessel in his work shop as he was supposed to do,,

As I dont know any repairers here, I am asking for assistance from the boating community here for a qualified and competant fibreglass repairer in the Westernport bay area of Victoria Australia,
Hastings Area of Victoria,

This man has had my vessel for over four years, and I can still put my fist thru holes in it,

It is currently sitting in the Graveyard at Yaringa Marina in Sommerville Victoria,
It needs both hulls replaced as the work done is not very satisfactory and may need to be replaced entirely,

My vessel is too big to be transported easily by road, But could have a skin placed on it and floated to a new local workshop for repairs,

So if any one can reccommend a good repairer in the area it would be very much appreciated,

The new contract would need a finish date and a penalty clause if not completed on time,
Im getting old and I want to sail my boat to the Kimberlys and around Australia, Before I snuff it from old age,

Thank you for your assistance, Brian,

So, no responses with suggested alternate repairers in your area?

I saw somewhere else you had a couple scoping the job. I hope you can find a way to get the boat removed from there ASAP.

Re: Need a new repairer in Victoria to replace my cats hulls,

Im working on that, But I need a new repairer first before I can move it,
One is across the road and into his workshop,
The other needs to truck it about 10 kays by road on a trailer, also into his workshop,
There is a man that lives permanently in the graveyard about five boats away from mine, He knows what is going on with my boat and also the repairer that had the contract, And knows what he is like,
So my boat is being watched,

That's the scariest job of blocking a cat I ever saw.

What makes you think that, Its sitting on a steel frame that cant be moved in any direction or collapse,
Its also diagonally braced in all directions,
The verticals are SHS, 100 x 100 x 4 mm, try crushing that with a paltry one Ton on each pole,

You think the boat beside me is safe sitting on poles that can be knocked out very easy, allowing the boat to fall over, They scare me,
Slightest earth tremor and all these boats will fall off there supports, Mine wont,

Re: Need a new repairer in Victoria to replace my cats hulls,

I have two new repairers looking at my boat,
One will put a temporary skin on it and tow it about 12 miles to his workshop,
He will have it finished in about 4 months, and will be completed this year,
He works mainly on big cats,
I have lifted the floor out so they can see what is under it and how to go about repairing it,
Depending on costs from the repairers, I am toying with the idea of doing the repairs myself, Using sheet Fibreglass, Which would make it a quick job to complete,
and easier as it will be straight,
It comes in sheets, 5 and 6 mm thick, one metre wide and 6 metres long,
