Need Help with Walker Bay Dinghy

Hello,
I bought a used Walker Bay with the inflatable tube....deflated it last fall to take off the dinghy....can't seem to figure out how to reinflate. Pump did not come with boat but I have an electric pump and a foot pump...can't seem to figure out how valve allows air in!
Thanks so much,
Aline (in New Hampshire)

Most are one way vales like a beach ball, except you have to push the adapter all the way in to open the valve for air flow...

Just realised you have to twist yellow valve to right...but some air comes out when I take off the pump and twist valve back to the left. Must be a better way but it is inflated enough. Thanks again for your replies.

Don't' twist the valve to the right. The pressure of the pump should be enough to force the air into the tube if you're using a foot pump.

The push and turn yellow plastic end valve is a check valve that you push and turn to the right to empty the tubes. to the left and popped out is the normal position for filling. The pump will force the air past the check valve. You can remove the pump and no air should escape. The cover cap is then installed.

Hi, I'm new to the community and walker bay. I'm in search of a pump for this inflatable, does anyone know the size of the valve? Thanks.

Re: Need Help with Walker Bay Dinghy

Welcome aboard. The one I got with my Walkerbay was generic and came with several different ends. The tip that works on mine is a twist lock 3/4 in. at the sealing base. The very end of the unit is 11/16ths in. I suspect that it is a North American standard size or one of them.
