Need Stainless steel Bimini track

Hello group.

Anyone know of a source for stainless steel bimini tracks? Now the why.

I am going to be constructing a bimini top frame and it still is in the design stage so nothing is yet cast in stone. However there is a better than average chance I will need a track to slide one of the supports in so the bimini can be folded up out of the way. I am going to try and avoid this if at all possible to avoid "Murphy's law" problems, but it may not be possible.

Searching for sources of bimini tracks, all I can find are aluminum ones which due to salt spray corrosion will certainly "tickle" Murphy's law at the worst possible time.

Thanks mucho in advance.. flk k

Re: Need Stainless steel Bimini track

Hello, If you are still in the planning stage here is some food for thought! We will have a Stainless Steel version of our Snap-Clamp available soon. The SS clamp will be strong and made out of 316 SS. The bolt hole is for a 1/4" bolt with the head captured by the clamp so as not to turn when installing a nut on it. Check out the link and if you have any questions let me know or give us a call.
