New liveaboard-what projects should I do this winter?

Hello everyone. Since you have all been so wonderfully in the spirit of giving advice...perhaps you can help a first time liveaboard once again.

I'm curious to know what important things I need to do this winter/spring to my boat to maintain it. I have a long list (its posted on my blog, but too long to put here) of things I think I need to do, and things I would like to do...but I'm wondering if I may be missing something important. I sure hope I have it covered. Basically I'm planning a few small projects, some upgrades (if I get the money) and a lot of varnish and sewing up holes!!!
Any suggestions? What are the most important things to do to maintain a boat?

Teresa

Wow! Thats a loooooooooong list! Where's Relaxin', Snoozin', Readin' and all that important stuff?

Good luck with it all, but don't do so much that you end up hating it. We do an hour of work per day. Sometimes.

One hour/day sounds about right. I only do what I can on the weekends, and usually I enjoy the work and look forward to it! Its doing the dishes and making the bed that I don't like! Some of the projects on the list I expect I won't get to this winter...only as time and money allows. And others will only take 15min! So, its not too bad.
Thanks!

That's dedication and commitment. How do you do it?
