Well, good news and bad news: someone (Tylaska) has done the good thing and started making these so necessary items, just like I've been hoping for some time. But, oh woe, no compact strand sizes except 10 mm. I need to replace my Solent stay and it uses 7 mm compact strand. I'm good for all the rest of the rig when its time comes in a couple of years, but not the wire I need to replace now. Grrr.

I'll try writing them and see ifthere is hope!

I note this thread is years old but not knowing how to use online forums I add my request in hope that it will trigger a response.
I've been looking for a replacement Norseman cone for 7mm 1x19 rigging wire. I know Tylaska makes replacements and sells via Amazon however when I attempt to purchase I'm told the item doesn't ship to my address (Australia).
Is there a way around this problem? I'd like to get my mast raised without having to buy all new terminations.

Thanks for the info, I just had my rig inspected and it's in good order but since we're stepping off for awhile I need some replacement cones for my Norseman fittings. Just in case, the rigger around here just tell me they're not available.
This saves me from having to replace them all.

RGB, one way is to use a reshipper in the USA. In the past we've used MyUS in Florida quite successfully. Their basic reshipping service is free, and has worked well for us. A bit of Googling will reveal their contact info and doubtless some other folks with the same sort of services.

We'll be ordering some cones soon!
