Oil for interior sepele mahogany

I have read all about oil for teak, are the same procedures and products for interior mahogany?

How does the oil hold up in northern latitudes, lake superior?

Any favorite products?

Thanks

I would be interested in this as well. The complete interior of my boat is mahogany. From what I've read on the past, since the wood is much harder than teak a good marine water based spar varnish does nicely. I have yet to try anything though.
