Open Sesame-Oil on Teak

Anyone tried sesame oil as a teak treatment? My wife just asked me to stir a newly opened jar of tahini (100% sesame). Naturally I spilled some on the cockpit grating. So, do I get out the soap and water or should I spill some more and pretend I did it on purpose?Click image for larger version

Why not do it all, see how it works and report back? You do realize, though, that you'll have to tell us how often you shower, both individually and together, right?

Stu, it's the cockpit grate not the shower grate. And right in the middle of cleaning up a spill isn't the best time to enjoy a shower for two. Well, maybe it would be...
