Packing gland size

Does anyone know the packing gland size on a Yanmar 4JH3 DTE shaft gland.

Is it 5mm?

No one can tell you anything based on the engine.

Everything from the transmission back to the propeller is specified by the boatbuilder, and can vary all over the map. You'll have to measure for yourself.

Yanmar doesn’t make packing glands, so you’ll need to measure the shaft OD and the gland ID.
