Paint compatibility

Does anyone know of any compatibility issues with jotun vinylguard 88 and teamac underwater primer which is rubberised paint? I’ve just epoxied my steel hull with jotun penguard HB and I’ve got half a tin of each of the above which would be enough tie coat before antifouling and save me buying more. I’ve had to do some welding work on the bottom and a cowboy welder charging me £45ph did an awful job leaving me 2k down and I had to get another guy in to redo it all so I’ve had to hold off sandblasting the hull til next year as I just can’t afford it now. I just sanded it down to the existing epoxy and added a few extra layers of penguard for now as I need it in the water to live on. Hence me trying to save money, I don’t need it to be the best, just need it to stick for a year. Thanks 🙏

The info on the Teamac site only listed the uw primer andover coating w/their specific antifouling paint. Would email them directly as they would most likely be the best info source for paint compatibility.
