Oh great! Another chance to prove I am crazy and tell the story of using concrete crack epoxy. The stuff is really cheap it flows for hours after mixing. I placed it in dozens of ketchup bottles and then stuffed the head of the bottle into each hole and waited a few hours for it to flow into the hole and find its way to any delaminated areas.

Sometimes I had to refill the ketchup bottle a particular area took so much epoxy.

This procedure was on a cored deck that had started to go soft from heavy foot traffic. After I was done my deck was solid as a rock.

I don't think this is appropriate for my project, but I admit, I'm pretty intrigued.

What did you do with the ketchup from the bottles? Sounds like you had more than 20!

Also, is this a two part epoxy?
