Perkin 4-108 hot water heater connections

Can anyone advise me where to make the connections for my hW heater.

I am new to this diesel thing. I am pretty sure mine is a low line, as the fresh coolant tank is in top front, & heat exchanger is in the rear.

I also have what may be an oil cooler on the starboard side? It has two NPT pipe ports which have plastic plugs in them, which makes me think it was also never plumbed up. That is if it is what I think it is.

Thanks,

Kevin Padden
