HELLO TO EVERYONE
i am new here and in the sailing community i live in new york city and i am in the procesess to buy a project boat to refit it my self does anyone here knows a boatyard or a marina to bring the boat there and be allowed to work on it in new yok city or long island new york Because the 2 sailing boats i am looking right now are outside of new york
