Propane tank mounting solutions

I would appreciate any help or suggestions members may have, my plan is to come out to 17 pound biking cylinders to the outside of my push pit on the railing. I have not been able to locate any manufacturers that make stainless mounting hardware for the cylinders, which measure 18 inches tall by 12 inch diameter. I am looking for rock solid mounting solutions, thanks

Another solution is to just use a fender holder basket. He found by accident, that a standard propane tank fits in our fender holder baskets perfectly. We just moved one of them to the back rail.
