Quantum 99 top paint.. experiences..
Jamestown distribute this top paint.. seems to be "THE" paint for top coat.
I'm preparing my boat to receive a new coat this summer and I would like to hear about experiences with quantum 99.
It's a little more expensive but they claim have much better finishing.
