Radar Dome Removal from Mast

I want to remove my old radar dome from the mast and replace it with a stern mounted dome. My question is this:

The bracket for my existing dome is held on by 6 pop rivets on each side. What is the best way to remove the pop rivets?

After I remove them, what is the best way to repair the holes in the mast?

Answer to 1st question: carefully drill through each rivet head with a bit slightly bigger than the diameter of the rivet body, until the head falls off.

Answer to 2nd question: I have no idea.

If they are 3/16" rivets, and they probably are, you would want to use a 3/16" punch to drive out the shank of the rivet after you drill off the head as mentioned above.
After removing the bracket, just use new aluminum rivets to fill the holes.
