Raritan sea era raw water to fresh water conversion?

I've decided to get a raritan sea era head. the marine size raw water model is 582$ (manufacturer#160MI012 ) at hodges. Now I'm not sure what's all going on here but to get the fresh water model; its fed by my house pressurized water pump and just needs a selonoid but the price goes up to just under 1000$! I googled the selonoid and it's 144$. Am I missing somthing with the price jump? Is it possible for me to add the selonoid and wire it to the switch and save 400$? Seems like a major price increase? I could see it for the raw water feed bc you'll need the selenoid and the raw water feed. But what am I missing with the price point for the fresh water model?

I think that's just the base model with no fresh or raw water option?
