Re-Rigging a Main Gaff

I have not worked with gaff riggers before but am considering getting one. It is missing the halyard (is that the right word for it) that hauls up the main sail and gaff, as well as the blocks that go with it.

How difficult is it to rig this and about what would the cost be?

I am a fair hand with lines and so I am planning on doing the work myself.

the boat is 300+NM away so I haven't seen it yet.

Thanks
