Recommended Haul Out facilities Trinidad & Tobago

I'm headed south from the BVI's in my Lagoon 440 sailing Cat to be south of 12 degrees 7 mins Nth for the hurricane season. I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend some locations / contacts for lift out and hard stand in or around Trinidad & Tobago. I hope to do much of the underwater rubbing back and re-anti-fouling, changing gearbox seals, and related below water-line work myself. Also any other experiences we should be aware off as we near that area might help.
