Another approach to healthful zinc ingestion: a can of oysters.
And that's how I came to have a carton of oyster cans.
Oh, don't forget the malaria remedies....drink Tonic Water for the quinine! The "White Man's Burden" in tropical colonies of the nineteenth century.
Now discouraged in U.S. circles because of side-effects....just like its more puissant cousin ~ hydroxychloroquine.

Not kidding!
