Refinishing teak deck - seams

I recently bought a 19i0 Marine Trader 38' trawler.
All the wood above deck needs refinished of course.
I've revarnished hatches, weather boards, rails, etc before, but never a deck.
I'm assuming redoing the teak deck is no different from the above (hopfully) - EXCEPT the seams between the teak and the seams between the last teak and the fiberglass hull.
Pretty clueless on what to do there - i *assume* grub out the old sealant, and....
What's the best way to get the old sealant out?
How do i treat the edges between each board before re-sealing?
Re-seal with *what*?
So many questions.....
TIA
