refit consultant in St. Petersburg, FL

Does anyone know of an expert that can work as a paid consultant for my ongoing refit of a 1977 52' Irwin? The location is in St. Petersburg, Florida.

It is quite an extensive mechanical and electric refit, all new. I am managing the project from abroad, so need some boots on the ground.
