Refitting in Capetown

Anyone has recommendations for yards doing electrical and electronic upgrades on catamarans in Cape Town ? I am negotiating the purchase of a new Leopard 38 and dont like either the prices or the equipment relating to some of the electrical / electronic options which they have on their options list. Major items I am considering to have done outside of the factory are navigation instruments and electronics, AC system, inverter, generator and airconditioning.
