Renovating 1967 16' Luger Leeward

First time project. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get replacement parts? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Replacement parts is a very general term. Do you mean structural hull components or just hardware. This is a major marine supplier https://www.defender.com/.

I have a 21' Luger.
They have been out of production since the mid to late 80's.
It might be easier to show us what you have, or what seems broke or missing, and go from there. I got a lot of information from the Yahoo group before they went under. I am not sure if anyone managed to save the files.

If the boat is as shown in the image, then properly adding bow and stern cleats would be a useful upgrade.
