Repairing Termite Damage to Wooden Masts

I took my masts out on my 35 CT Pilothouse and found some large termite holes near the spreaders and a few smaller ones in different parts of the masts. Does anyone know the correct way to go about repairing or filling them?

Thank you

Kevin
