Replace Dodger & Bimini

I have my Beneteau First 36.7 in Panama, Central America, and need to get my dodger and bimini replaced. Does anyone know someone good in Panama, or if not, a good place in the US where I can get a replacement set made.

Does anyone have experience getting such a custom fit remotely? Send multiple dimensions and hope it fits, or take off the old and send it to be replicated?

Also, recommendations on material? WeatherMax good?
