Re: Rust work under waterline.
Just finished a major steely restoration. Lots of welding, grinding and cutting. Hard to imagine an engine room looking like that and the rest of the boat not needing a lot of help. Hard to tell without a lot more information. Year in the yard with some time in a building is my guess. You will find new surprises every day. Very dirty and hard work. Hope you are a masochist.
