Sail Refresh Recommendations Wanted

I have the original furling head and main on my 2007 Hunter 38.

The sails show wear, and have had at least some repair on things like stitching over the years.

I am positive they are out of shape, but how out of shape and whether or not they are repairable I don't know. (e.g. leech line just causes more cupping, difficulty furling IMF main...)

I'm looking for recommendations for a vendor to
-Evaluate sails for shape and determine feasibility/cost of recutting
-Repairs as needed e.g. stitching
-Add some add'l telltales to jib and leech of main

Can anyone make recommendations (or anti-recommendations) for particular vendors and also things to look for/pros/cons of this?
