Sea Hawk bottom paints

We applied Seahawk AF33 in 2019 and it went four years with very little wear. In 2023, we hauled out for other reasons but decided to have the bottom sanded, primed and painted again with AF33. This time, after barely a year and a half, the paint shows heavy wear (on top of the primer we put a coat of red antifouling paint and then covered the red with two coats of blue - the bottom is almost all red now). I'm very disappointed.
