I tried the moldable underwater epoxy. Before I did anything I observed it for a day and she took on less than a quart of water, so it is a slow leak in freshwater. The marina wanted $270 to pull the boat and I didn't feel like forking that over. It amazes me that I had not noticed that the thru hill was not bolted on earlier since I have had the boat for seven years. Thanks for the responses. Here are some before and after pics
