Shipmate stove propane leak at control knobs

Hello all, looking for some help on my 2 burner propane stove, I have installed and now testing a new shipmate stove but I have no idea how old. Anyhow the gas leaks at the control valve. there is a threaded type needle that controls the flow of propane. Has anyone else had this issue what type of fixes are available?
Thanks, I think a photo is attached
