small amount of dry rot on the mast
I have about 3x1 inch spot of dry rot at the top of my mast. I'm looking for any ideas to repair it with out having to pull the masts and do scarf joints. All the surrounding wood seems to be good from a tap test.

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated, thanks!
