Sparmaker/Welder near Stuart, Florida

We are in Indiantown Marina, and its time to fix the mast. The spreader base which was welded on our aluminum mast has fallen off. Does anyone know of a good sparmaker in the South Florida area (the nearer Stuart the better) who can do a weld repair on an aluminum spar??

Hi Don,

Can't help you re welder (or anything else) in Fla, but just curious how you can be "Boatless again" and need to have your spreader base fixed?

Have you succumbed again?

Cheers,

Jim

I know of an excellent welder/faber that will come to your doorstep in Stuart... got some work done myself a few weeks ago. PM me and I will send you his phone number.

Its not another new boat yet. I borrowed the Grand Banks for 2 years to do the Great Loop, and now I am fixing all the things that broke on the trip so I can give it back to my friend. He is with me, so I am guilty of using the royal "we".
