Square Footage of Deck?

Anyone know the square footage of the decks (for teak replacement) on any of the following boats?
Formosa 51
Vagabond 47
Vagabond 42

...and then you have to add for breakage, wastage, spaces that weren't included, and curves that need six boards instead of two. Marinas often calculate inside storage fees by taking the length and multiplying it by 3/4 of the beam -- but that includes the cabin trunk surface, which may or may not be teak-covered in your examples.

"Measure, or step off the length of the boat from the stern toward the bow. Stop the measurement where the bow area angles to the point. This length times the width will give you the deck square footage without the bow area. To get the bow area take the width and divide in in half."
