SST wax

What have you crusers found to be the best wax for your SST stanchons davits I use Turtle wax chrome polish it clean the SSt but want to know of a long lasting wax to protect it as I don't really enjoy re-doing the job every 3 months

Stainless steel doesn't need wax especially if it's been passivated (Acid treatment). Read this article>>>Why is Stainless Steel Stainless?
Get one of the SS polishes, which has the acid in the ingredient like Star Brite or 3M

Thanks for the info esp the article I will look for one of those acid/polishes when I am back up north here the boat polishers use an acid called brite boy but it has a tendancey to cause problems on rigging threads so the riggers don't recimend you using it
