Strut Electrolysis

Have serious electrolysis on bronze strut. Shaft OK, Prop OK. Strut has been drilled and zinc added. After one month the strut shows considerable loss on zinc and white powder all around it. Strut is not bonded to anything. Stray current may be coming from engine via shaft or (cutless bearing should isolate it) …? Have 2 zincs on shaft, OK, have one on lower rudder bearing, OK. Zinc on strut seriously eroded in one month? Any ideas?
