From the Sea Hawk Tin Booster tech sheet:

Do not mix with non-tin based paints. It could cause the paint to gel.

If I had a dollar for the claim of every kitchen sink chemist I've heard over the last twenty one years, I wouldn't have to clean boat bottoms for a living any more.

The hot dock talk around Mexico was to add ground-up Cayenne pepper to your bottom paint to help keep the barnacles off. But of course what would it really matter because the folks talking about that were the once that never took their boat out anymore anyway...ha ha ha

If everyone had been using a TBT additive, you would not have been able to make your living cleaning boat bottoms, right?

If it worked as well as you claim, that might be true. Yet here I am, along with thousands of of others. And of course, you ignore what the major manufacturer of TbT paints has to say about the subject.
